The Deckard Twins

I've been photographing an ongoing series of maternity portraits with Jill Deckard and her husband Mitch, and now the stars of the show have arrived! :)
Sydney and Saige were born March 22nd here in Lafayette, and Jill was able to bring them to the studio for pictures just a few days after bringing them home. This has been a fun project and I can't wait to see some of the finished prints and/or books we'll be doing. Jill is a photographer herself, so I'm sure the collaboration will produce some exciting concepts.

These are amazing Dave! Thanks so much! It was fun for ME to hire a photographer for once - seems I'm always stuck behind the lens. I'm anxious to get some of these BW prints up on the walls!
I absolutely LOVE the pictures! No one appreciates quality photographs anymore – fabulous work, Dave! It takes a great photographer to recognize a great photographer (great choice, Jill).
